Success and Chiropractic – Part 3

Knowledge and understanding along with the desire and appropriate action behind it is what it takes to have a successful practice. It will take a practice that is just barely collecting $2,000/month to over $15,000/mo and higher, even in a bad market in little time.

It will also take the doctor who is moderately successful, from $25,000-$30,000/mo to $60,000/mo and upwards according to their goal. It allows that doctor who is just starting a new clinic to go from nothing but themselves and the knowledge they have to a full appointment book and $25,000 or more in collections their very first month.

Knowledge, vision, and desire will bring more success than you could have imagined. It is what it takes to go from nothing but a pile of debt to a full appointment book serving others through Chiropractic-what you went to school for and being successful at it.

But, don’t think that this type of knowledge or understanding comes easy or free. Your degree certainly didn’t come easy or free, and neither will this. It is going to take time, effort, and in most cases, money. In life, you’ve got to pay first before you are rewarded with the success you are after.

If your education came free, what would it be worth? What value would it have? Would you want to stick with Chiropractic or would you jump over to something else as soon as you hit your first bump in the road? And yes, there will be bumps along the way.

The most successful clinics are successful because someone took the time and made the investment needed to make that clinic successful. They invested in themselves and in the practice to make a difference to serve more people. They are others oriented. They focused on how they could be successful at this and they know it is bigger than they are. They all learned beyond what they were taught in school. They had insight from someone else somewhere along the way.

Someone was needed to show them how and why. And in many cases, the most successful clinics and business owners continue to learn, and implement. Just like you still have continuing education requirements, continued success takes continued learning and effort.
